The Randalls seem to have moved away.  Robert is no longer showing up in the sex offender registration for the area of his last known home or work address.  Since he was mandated to register for life, I can only assume that he has moved on and is now registered in another area. If you have current information, drop me a line.... This site is for reference only and is no longer actively being maintained--that is unless new information arrives....

we have not lied to you about anything. we are doing the best we can to get our order from Lenovo and they simply have not sent our order or given us a specific date when we would have them. We try to get them everyday when we talk to Lenovo. For the paypal issue, you can see in paypal's faq's or by emailing them that when a dispute is in place they take the funds away from the seller and 'hold' them until a dispute is closed. We will refund your payment since we cannot get these from Lenovo for you.

PayPal does not take money until after a decision has been in my favor.* You were lying on 1/7 when you said "We didn't get the shipment like we were expecting last week... we are supposed to get a ton in starting Wednesday".* You were lying on 1/05 when you said "Hi, we are working to get it out next week… thanks".* You were lying on 12/30 when you said "We do not have them in hand, we are expecting a shipment next week." (except about the part of not having them on hand).* You were lying on 12/24 when you said "Mark, we may be delayed a few days, sorry about this... it is the holidays and things get messed up sometimes..".* You were lying 12/05 when you said "Your item is tentatively scheduled to be shipped out ~ *Week of December 24th".Most importantly, you were lying on 11/30 when you posted auction #250193900731 and on 12/29 when you posted #250201518843 since you did not in fact have the item for sale.If you do not ship the item I will raise my dispute to a claim. I will give strong negative feedback (and strongly suggest that you do not engage in negative retaliatory feedback). I will contact all members with feedback against you, and ask them to join me in getting you kicked off eBay, or at least take away your power seller rating. There may also be legal action for breaking the contract we entered when I clicked 'Buy it Now".I am not amused. You dodgey skangers have held my money for nearly 45 days, interest free. There are consequences.

Ok Mark, just so you know......you are protected by your credit card company for your purchase. Our company will not allow us to ship while a dispute is in place as paypal takes the payment from us when a dispute is opened. We will need the dispute to be closed before shipping.

I am opening this dispute in order to preserve my rights under PayPal's "Buyer Protection Program". To qualify, a dispute must be opened within 45 days of the payment. In your last reply to me you said:We are going to use priority or express.. wait until Friday afternoon, ifyou haven't received an email that it has shipped... let me know..
