Letter from Bob & KelliMy  Letter to eBayRobert Brian Randall
Background
He Needs Your Money

This letter was sent to me from more than one eBay member who said that they got it from Bob and Kelli Randall.  It should be noted that those who called the people referenced by Bob and Kelli, disavow any dealings with them.

I am emailing you to update you on your computer purchase.  We are very sorry that we haven’t been able to fulfill your order.  We do not have your money or your computer.  We had formed a very strong business partnership with a company that we did business with several months before things started falling apart. We have had promise upon promise about delivery of your computer and nothing was the truth.  Your computer was paid for by us in many cases 3 months before your order was placed with us.  They are refusing to ship us your computer or refund your money.  They do agree, however, that they do owe us for your purchase.

For your information here is where we purchased your computer, they have your money and your computer:

Here are the contact names:

Jarrod Tichaur        jtichauer@jlics.com
Harry Slater
              hslater@jlics.com

This is their ebay id:  http://search.ebay.com/_W0QQsassZmrstich76

(it is likely the same computer you bought is on their ebay auction, currently being offered for sale or recently has been sold)

Again, I apologize, there is nothing more we can do.  We will get your refund as soon as we can, but at this point, we have no estimate of when that might be.

You are also free to contact Ebay and Paypal (paypal is holding all the funds of your purchase) about this matter, we have been in close contact with them throughout this ordeal.

It is interesting to note that I bought a Thinkpad--not a MAC.  In their letter to me, they said: "We are doing the best we can to get our order from Lenovo and they simply have not sent our order or given us a specific date when we would have them. We try to get them everyday when we talk to Lenovo."  Perhaps paying your bills might make the vendor more willing to send your order--think about it!
