| 12-FEB-2011: The Randalls seem to have moved away. Robert is no longer showing up in the sex offender registration for the area of his last known home or work address. Since he was mandated to register for life, I can only assume that he has moved on and is now registered in another area. If you have current information, drop me a line.... can’t promise you anything at this time, but I will see if there is
